Custom Printed Scarves

► How can I make sure my custom scarves will be perfectly made? Quality First! At ANNE TOURAINE, Inc., quality is not only a commitment — it is also a formalized process. Every custom scarf undergoes strict quality control throughout production and before shipping. Any scarf that does not meet our quality standards is neither charged to nor delivered to our customers.

► What is the minimum order quantity for custom scarves? Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 custom scarves per design. However, if you order several series of scarves or other custom products with different designs at the same time, we may be able to adjust these minimums. Just let us know when you submit your Request for Quotation.

► Do you provide physical samples of my custom scarves before production? Yes. Upon request, we can produce a physical sample of your custom scarf before full production. This service involves an additional cost and may take a few weeks, depending on our sample workshop schedule. If requested, for orders of more than 200 pieces, we provide this service at no additional cost. Alternatively, most of our customers choose our free pre-production photo approval process, which allows them to check the colors and artwork rendering before production begins. Once the photos are approved, we launch full production. Just ask us which option is best for your project!

► Do you offer personalized care labels with my logo or brand? Yes. For a minimal additional cost, we can create custom care labels featuring your logo or brand. Our team prepares the label artwork and sends it to you for approval before production. Once approved, your personalized care label is stitched onto each of your custom scarves, so every scarf arrives professionally finished and fully branded.

► How long does it take to produce my custom scarves? Our standard production time for custom scarves is 4 to 5 weeks, starting once your order is confirmed and your artwork is approved for production. Please allow additional time for shipping from Sarasota, Florida to your address.

► Which printing methods do you use for my custom scarves? Depending on your artwork, fabric choice and order quantity, we will recommend the most appropriate production method for your custom scarves. We primarily use digital printing or screen printing to achieve the best possible result for your design and project requirements.

► What finishing options are available for my custom scarves?  We offer both machine hems and hand-rolled hems. A machine hem provides a clean, durable and more economical finish, while a hand-rolled hem offers a more refined, sophisticated finish traditionally associated with luxury scarves. We can help you select the most appropriate finishing option for your project. See Section 5 above.

► What fabrics are available for custom scarves?  We offer 14 fabric options for custom scarves, including silk twill, silk chiffon, silk satin, silk crepe de Chine, silk habotai, silk-cotton, cotton, wool, modal, modal-cashmere, polyester twill, polyester chiffon, polyester satin and polyester voile. The best fabric depends on the desired look, feel, size, use and budget of your project. See Section 3 above.

► How much do custom scarves cost?  Every custom scarf project is different, and pricing depends primarily on the fabric, scarf size, finishing, printing method and quantity ordered. As a general indication, a 27" × 27" custom scarf in polyester twill costs approximately $20 per piece for an order of 50 scarves, while the same size in silk twill costs approximately $26 per piece. Unit prices decrease significantly with larger quantities. Contact us for a quotation tailored to your project.

► If I find a lower price elsewhere, can ANNE TOURAINE, Inc. match it?  Absolutely. If you receive a lower quotation from another custom scarf supplier but would still prefer to work with ANNE TOURAINE, Inc., send it to us. We will carefully review the proposed products and services to make sure they are truly comparable to ours. If they are, we will match or even beat the price.

► How are my custom scarves packed and shipped? After final inspection, your custom scarves are carefully packed and shipped from Sarasota, Florida, to your requested shipping address with appropriate insurance coverage. If requested, we can also ship scarves individually and directly to your customers at a reasonable additional cost. Just ask us!

► Do you offer custom gift packaging for scarves?  Yes. We offer custom gift packaging for custom scarves, allowing you to create a complete and professional presentation for corporate gifts, events, promotions and other special projects. Ask us about the available options when requesting your quotation. See Section 6 above.

► Do you offer marketing services for custom scarf projects?  Yes. We offer a range of complementary marketing services, including fashion photo shoots, product close-ups, custom printed thank-you notes, “How to Wear” booklets, catalogs and more. These services can help you turn your custom scarf project into a complete marketing or gifting program.
