Custom Ties

► How can I make sure my custom ties will be perfectly made? Quality First! At ANNE TOURAINE, Inc., quality is not only a commitment — it is also a formalized process. Every custom tie undergoes strict quality control throughout production and before shipping. Any tie that does not meet our quality standards is neither charged to nor delivered to our customers.

► What is the minimum order quantity for custom ties? Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 custom ties per design. However, if you order several tie designs or other custom products at the same time — for example matching ties and pocket squares — we may be able to adjust these minimums. Just let us know when you submit your Request for Quotation.

► What sizes are available for custom ties? Our standard custom ties come in two lengths (classic or extra long) and two widths (standard or skinny). We also offer clip-on ties. We can manufacture your custom ties in virtually any size. See Section 2 above.

► What is the difference between printed and woven ties? Printed ties (digital or screen printed) have a smooth finish and are ideal for colorful, detailed or complex designs. Woven ties have a richer, textured appearance and work especially well with simpler designs, such as classic regimental stripes for universities, schools and clubs. We will recommend the best option for your artwork. See Section 3 above.

► Should I choose silk or polyester for my custom ties? Silk is the finest choice, ideal for prestigious corporate gifts and special occasions. Polyester offers excellent durability and stain resistance, making it particularly suitable for uniforms and frequent professional use, such as restaurants, hospitality and airlines. See Section 3 above.

► Do you provide physical samples of my custom ties before production? Yes. Upon request, we can produce a physical sample of your custom tie before full production. This service involves an additional cost and may take a few weeks, depending on our sample workshop schedule. If requested, for orders of more than 200 pieces, we provide this service at no additional cost. Alternatively, most of our customers choose our free pre-production photo approval process, which allows them to check the colors and artwork rendering before production begins. Just ask us which option is best for your project!

► How long does it take to produce my custom ties? Our standard production time for custom ties is 4 to 5 weeks, starting once your order is confirmed and your artwork is approved for production. Please allow additional time for shipping from Sarasota, Florida, to your address.

► How are my custom ties finished? Our custom ties are carefully hand-finished to ensure a high-quality final product. Upon request, we can also add a custom keeper loop featuring your logo or brand, for a minimal additional cost.

► How much do custom ties cost? Every custom tie project is different, and pricing depends primarily on the fabric (silk or polyester), hand (printed or woven), size, quantity and packaging. As a general indication, a printed polyester custom tie costs approximately $23 per piece for an order of 50 ties, while a silk tie costs approximately $26 per piece. Unit prices decrease significantly with larger quantities. Contact us for a quotation tailored to your project.

► If I find a lower price elsewhere, can ANNE TOURAINE, Inc. match it? Absolutely. If you receive a lower quotation from another custom tie supplier but would still prefer to work with ANNE TOURAINE, Inc., send it to us. We will carefully review the proposed products and services to make sure they are truly comparable to ours. If they are, we will match or even beat the price.

► How are my custom ties packed and shipped? Your custom ties are delivered in free individual poly bags. After final inspection, they are carefully packed and shipped from Sarasota, Florida, to your requested shipping address with appropriate insurance coverage. If requested, we can also ship ties individually and directly to your recipients at a reasonable additional cost. Just ask us!

► Do you offer gift boxes for custom ties? Yes. For corporate gifts and special events, we offer luxurious custom gift boxes featuring your logo, for an additional fee. Your ties are wrapped in tissue paper, then carefully placed in the logoed boxes at no additional cost. See Section 5 above.

► Do you offer marketing services for custom tie projects? Yes. We offer a range of complementary marketing services, including product and fashion photography, custom printed thank-you notes, catalogs and more. These services can help you turn your custom tie project into a complete marketing or gifting program.
